Media Accreditation

The organizers of the 7^th Doha Natural Gas Conference & Exhibition welcome journalists to attend the conference.

To obtain media accreditation, journalists, photographers and cameramen wishing to attend must complete the Media Accreditation form.To be accredited, members of the press must hold valid press credentials.

Freelance journalists will not be accredited unless they provide an assignment letter from a news organization or publication.

The procedure is as follows:
A letter of authorization from the editor or executive of your organization and completed accreditation form must be sent by email/fax to:

Entitlements
Media accreditation will entitle the holder access to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Conference sessions, entry to 7thDNGCE and all official social functions. The media name badge must be worn at all times.

Copies of presentations will, with the speaker’s permission, be available to members of the press through the conference website www.dohagascon.com.qa

The registration desk will be located in the Al Maha Room, Sheraton Hotel. On-site registration and badge collection will be open from 2pm Sunday March 8, 2009.

Hotel and Visa
All arrangements and costs for accommodation, visa and transportation are to be incurred by the individual or the media representative’s organization.

Media Center
There will be a media center available in the Sheraton Hotel. The media center will include working space, PCs (internet access), phone (local access), and photocopying facilities. Work space will be available on a first come, first served basis.
